Lawyer with over fifteen years of experience with litigation work, including corporate/commercial litigation and construction law. Has worked in private practice as well as doing agency work and law reform for the Canadian Bar Association, assigned as staff lawyer, legislation and law reform, to the CBA Construction Law Section. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003.


Law Professor who has taught since 2006. Subjects taught include evidence law and torts, as well as other litigation topics at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, the University of Western Ontario Law School, and now serves as full time faculty in the Department of Law and Legal Studies at Carleton University.
Exposure involvement in legal project management as a Staff Lawyer, Legislation and Law Reform to the Canadian Bar Association from 2009-2015. Familiar and exposure to various aspects and concepts of Sedona Principles.

Legal Competencies
