Prepare construction master schedule using Primavera P6 with clients' project manager for 45 storey luxury hotel and condo complex "Ceylinco Celestial Residencies Project" with a Phase 1 Project Cost of $300 M (US$). Prepared biweekly schedule and cost performance reports and conducted monthly progress review sessions with piling contractor and general contractor. Conducted risk analysis and identified bored and cast piles for testing.
