Mechanical Engineer with 35 years of experience in the building and construction industry in Canada and USA, working on transportation, commercial and infrastructure projects. Corporate roles have included client business development, project procurement and design development assistance and management of project execution. Working and interfacing with other project disciplines and managing subcontractors to resolve issues and interferences to ensure project success in its design and specification criteria.
Formerly President and Owner of AMI (Architectural Metalcraft Industries) in Mississauga, Ontario for 25 years. AMI are designers, fabricators & installers of:  custom/miscellaneous/ornamental/architectural metal work in Canada and USA. Projects primarily involved working with carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, aluminum and other exotic metals.
Directed and managed an office team of professionals in middle and upper-management, consisting of engineers, estimators, designers, project managers, plant production machinists, safety oversight and quality control supervisors. Responsibilities for plant production personnel and field installation team, comprised of highly skilled and talented craftsmen, artisans, iron workers and ornamental metal installers.
